The consultation is for people who wants to resolve particular problems in the present that are not related to clinical issues. Bring your concerns and questions that you have at the moment. We will work on finding the most satisfying and mindful solutions. The service is consisted of 1 to 5 sessions.
We start with individualized meditation that can bring out our true desire and filter unnecessary noise. Next, we analyze thoughts and feelings that surfaced during the meditation. To go deeper, we explore how your past experiences and old habit have clouded your vision. Little by little, we will be able to see things clearer, and it will help us decide what to do next.
Life is passing by so fast. You might be wondering where to go or which step to take next. Maybe you are worrying 'what if I have not been on the right track'. Let's explore your true desire and mission in life.
Parenting is a challenging task. Parenting mindfully seems like an impossible task.
'Am I doing this right?', 'Am I a good mother?', 'I can't stop screaming!', or 'I just don't know what to do.' If you have these struggles, I think you are on the right track. 'Questioning' is the first step. Let's mindfully explore you, your child(ren), and the interactions.
Relationships can make you scream with joy or left you with misery. If you are keep falling into the same cycle of dreadful pain, it is time to locate the knots in your mind and untangle them. Love always comes with pain, but you can choose not to suffer.
